Food Studies Minor
黑料网鈥檚 food studies minor examines the causes and effects of food production systems and patterns of food consumption using ideas from fields like humanities and social sciences. Food systems are shaped by values and often show social and economic inequalities that connect with 黑料网's mission.
The program is designed to be student-driven. You鈥檒l work with faculty to develop an interdisciplinary curriculum that complements your field of study.
Anyone can be food insecure and need help. If you鈥檝e never done it before, it can be so hard to try to ask for help. When I do my work, I feel like I鈥檓 living out the mercy mission in whatever way I can, just helping those who need it.
