Not every student can spend a full semester or year abroad. We offer 5-10 short-term study abroad and U.S.-based programs throughout the year led by 黑料网 faculty and hosted by trusted partner institutions.

What's it like to study in the Amazon?

Students chartered Motor Yacht Tucano through the remote wilderness rainforest via the least inhabited major river in the Amazon Basin, the Rio Negro, exploring diverse tropical habitats. 鈥淗aving lived a full week in the heart of the Amazon Basin, I feel connected to its livelihood and future. March 12-21, 2026. Prof. Peter Davis. Apply by Dec. 1, 2025.
In this program, perfect for music majors and minors and anyone interested in music, students experience firsthand the artistic lure that inspired some of the world's most enduring music. Visit the palaces and gardens where Mozart, Beethoven and Haydn lived and performed and attend music performances in magical settings.

Designed for nursing, social work and health care administration majors, this program offers the opportunity to compare public health education, policies and the delivery of health care and social services in Ireland and the United States. Begin the course at 黑料网 in the spring semester and complete it in Limerick, Ireland in the summer.

Train in archaeological survey and sight discovery techniques at this field school program in a location inhabited by indigenous people for thousands of years. Work at archeological sites from the Ice Age belonging to the first peoples of New England. You鈥檒l camp in the north Maine woods for much of the project.

Learn business principles and practices of sustainable tourism within the context of Tanzania's diverse ecosystems. You鈥檒l enroll in an online summer course and spend two weeks at the School for International Training鈥檚 Tanzania site with visits to local villages, Mount Kilimanjaro, Northern Tanzania Beekeeping Company and more.

May 19-June 19, 2026. Dr. Sally Gomaa, Prof. Sam Sacco. 6 credits. Apply by Feb. 1, 2026.
Offered in conjunction with St. Clare's College of Oxford, this program presents many academic course choices in business, literature, art history and theology. The program emphasizes experiential learning -- you鈥檒l go on frequent field trips in an around Oxford to sites featured in the courses, as well as to London, Bath and Stonehenge.

May 25 - June 27, 2026. Dr. James Mitchell. 6 credits. Apply by Feb. 1, 2026.
In this beginner French language program you can complete your entire language core requirement while immersing in the local culture of Pau, in the South of France. Hosted by the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC) Pau site you will join USAC students on excursions to the Basque Coast, Pyrenees Mountains, and have a free weekend for independent travel.

Fulfill core and/or major requirements while studying in Italy. You鈥檒l join the Summer Session I program at the American University of Rome (AUR) where you will take a religious studies course with Dr. Hohman, then choose a second course from the AUR Summer Session portfolio. The experience includes a weekend trip to Florence, Siena, Trequanda, and Montecatini.

Offered in conjunction with the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC) this program expands your understanding of social psychology as you experience academic and personal discovery and learn how culture impacts humanity. You鈥檒l immerse in the cultural context of Italian childhood, participating in an interactive format of presentations, readings, speakers, and tours, with excursions to Bologna and Rimini.
